12 - week Bikini Fitness Class (seasonal):

A 12 week class that meets one time per week with workouts designed to help get your body ready for a bikini!

Weekend Warrior Boot Camp (seasonal):

These sessions will be held on Sundays at Fraser High School football field. It Incorporates functional training and targets firming and toning of all muscle groups. RSVP Required. $40/month (4 sessions).
